怎樣選擇合適的電纜溝蓋板？
1、強(qiáng)度比較高，承載能力好具備一定的承載能力和強(qiáng)度是板材基本的要求，根據(jù)不同的運(yùn)用場(chǎng)所，來選擇板材的材料。很明顯，傳統(tǒng)的塑料和木質(zhì)材料是不能夠滿足電纜溝蓋板的要求的。以往的蓋板都是水泥材料的，現(xiàn)在出現(xiàn)了復(fù)合材料以及玻璃鋼等。

電纜溝蓋板按照厚度分為分為：40mm 厚復(fù)合材料蓋板、50mm 厚復(fù)合材料蓋板、60mm 厚復(fù)合材料蓋板、70mm 厚復(fù)合材料 蓋板、80mm 厚復(fù)合材料蓋板。

為了確保復(fù)合材料蓋板的正常使用，應(yīng)十分注重電纜蓋板安裝質(zhì)量,做到尺寸準(zhǔn)確、安裝堅(jiān)固、外表清潔美觀，根據(jù)復(fù)合材料蓋板的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，定以下安裝細(xì)則：

1、在做基礎(chǔ)前先確定常規(guī)蓋板尺寸，根據(jù)蓋板尺寸預(yù)留嵌入尺寸。
1. Before making the foundation, determine the regular cover plate size and reserve the embedded size based on the cover plate size.
2、放置電纜蓋板的支撐基座須平整、堅(jiān)固、無殘留雜物。

3、鋪裝蓋板時(shí)每塊蓋板應(yīng)兩人協(xié)同鋪裝，不可單人鋪裝或先放蓋板一端再放另一端。

5、產(chǎn)品如需切割時(shí)應(yīng)注意安全，蓋板內(nèi)有鋼筋骨架，切割時(shí)應(yīng)事先看好鋼筋骨架位置，防止人身或設(shè)備棉傷。
